Registration Details
The Annual Conference & Trade Show offers discounted rates for OAPT members.
Non-members who wish to attend may apply for OAPT membership by visiting the membership page. Please note:

Membership approval is based on the criteria outlined in the OAPT Bylaws

Membership is not considered active until payment is received

If membership is not approved, applicants may still register for the conference at the non-member rate
Once membership is approved, members may return to this page to complete conference registration.

Full Registration (Members Only)
Our best value. This discounted rate allows members to attend:

Partial Registration
Ideal if you are unable to attend the full conference. You may register for one or two individual days and attend all events scheduled for each paid day.
Please note: registering for multiple individual days may cost more than the Full Registration rate.
Non-Member Registration
Available to individuals who are not OAPT members. This rate is not discounted.
Payment Information
Forms of Payment Accepted
All registrations must be paid in full or accompanied by a purchase order prior to the conference. Submission of registration constitutes a commitment to full payment.
⚠️ For security and liability reasons, credit card information will not be accepted via email. All credit card payments must be processed through our secure system.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund for written cancellation requests received before May 1, 2026

50% refund for written cancellation requests received on or after May 1, 2026

No refunds will be issued once the first conference session has begun

Telephone cancellations will not be accepted

No-shows or failure to cancel will be billed at the full registration rate

Substitutions are permitted at any time

If you have special needs or dietary restrictions, please include them in the appropriate section of the registration form so we can best support your participation.

A limited block of rooms has been reserved for conference attendees.
