FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION DETAILS
The Annual Conference & Trade Show rate is discounted for our members. Any non member that wishes to participate in the event may apply for OAPT membership by visiting the membership page.
Please note membership will not be approved unless an applicant meets criteria as identified in OAPT Bylaws, and until payment has been received. If we are unable to approve membership, a non member is welcome to register for conference at the non member rate.
If membership is approved, the member may return to this page and register for the conference. We would be happy to assist you with registration and answer any of your questions. Please contact us at info@oapt.org for assistance.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
FULL REGISTRATION: This is our discounted rate for OAPT Members. Attendees may participate in all conference programs, special events and the trade show. This option is the best value.
PARTIAL REGISTRATION: If you are not able to attend the full conference you may register to attend one or two days. You will be allowed to attend all events for each paid, registered day. (If you choose this option and select each day your bill will be much higher than it would for the "Full Registration" price!)
NON MEMBER REGISTRATION: This rate is not discounted, and is available to only those who are not members of OAPT. (Seriously? Why would you not join?)
OTHER IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION
FORMS OF PAYMENT: You may purchase your registration by any of the following payment options: check, money order, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express), purchase order or via PayPal account. Please note that all registrations must be paid or be accompanied by a purchase order prior to the conference. Submission of registration stipulates that full payment will be made and is guaranteed. For liability reasons, OAPT will not accept emails with credit card information. All credit card transactions must be processed through our secure system.

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 30 DAYS FOR U.S. MAIL DELIVERY OF PAYMENT.
CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY: Written cancellation requests received prior May 1, 2024 will be issued a full refund. Any written cancellation requests received on or after May 1, 2024 will be refunded 50% of the conference registration fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after the first session of conference begins. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. No shows or lack of cancellation will be billed at full registration price, no exceptions. Substitutions are allowed at any time. Simply send an e-mail to info@oapt.org and provide the name, and contact information for the substitute attendee.
SPECIAL NEEDS: If you have special needs or dietary restrictions, please enter them into the appropriate spaces on the registration form so that we can make your participation more comfortable and meaningful.
HOTEL RESERVATIONS
Nationwide Hotel | Lewis Center has reserved a block of rooms for conference attendees.
The discounted rate is ONLY AVAILABLE until the block is full so please do not delay!

The last day to receive our discounted group rate is Wednesday, May 8, 2024. Room rate is $133 per night plus tax.
Please bring your tax exempt documents with you at the time of check-in.
